We are all getting older; I know this because many of you have been using Bare Skin Care for quite some time. I appreciate those of you who have remained faithful to Bare Skin.

Back to the topic. Have you ever noticed how many people, and not just old people, walk in a funny manner. Bent and broken. This has a simple cause, as well as a simple cure.

The cause - not moving. The cure - moving. Sounds simple, and it is. The body, especially the bony skeleton, works similar to a car. If you don't drive it, it will not work as well as if it is used. Movement of muscles and bones is essential.

One of the main causes of pain occurring from the muscular skeleton is poor posture. It is essential to exercise and move the body - and the best way to do this is getting advice from a physical therapist. They can set up a simple exercise program just for you, and you will be amazed at the result.

If you do not wish to see a therapist, then exercises like Tai Chi and yoga are readily available.

In summary, you do not have to always have severe aches and pains which can disable activity and quality of life. Just get moving.
