Don't sun bathe!
Always wear a hat with a brim when walking outside to protect your face.
Wear sunscreen to prevent sun damage & wrinkles, and apply every two hours while in the sun.
Eat a diet that promotes health: lots of vegetables, no sugar. Let me repeat that. No sugar. Your skin is really a reflection of what you eat. Sugar is poison.
Lots of water to stay hydrated.
